Parks, Schools and Open Space
A 21 acre school/park site will be centrally located in the neighborhood, acting as a focal point, and designed to accommodate active recreational needs.  The Edmonton Public School Board has announced that a new Kindergarten to Grade 9 school is confirmed for Granville and is scheduled to be completed in January 2018. 

Ponds, Walkways and Trails
Granville is home to two beautifully manicured ponds with upgraded landscaping, a charming old-world bridge, and walkways connecting the community. The Granville trail system will also integrate into the adjacent Grange and Hampton communities, providing an extensive trail system.

Mixed Use Site – The Shops of Granville
An 8 acre mixed use commercial site is located on the NE corner of Granville along the Whitemud Drive for live, work and play.  The Shops of Granville will feature retail shops, professional services and multi-family residential.  Construction is underway with Rexall already open.

Retail Services – Granville Station
This 2 acre CNC site is located at the south end of Granville, at the corner of 62 Avenue and Hemingway Road.  This retail center will be anchored by a gas station and convenience store.  Construction is expected in the spring of 2015.

Retail and Commercial Common – West Granville Center
Located immediately adjacent Costco on 215 Street, this large 23 acre site will feature a wide variety of retail stores, professional services, and commercial businesses.  Construction is well underway with the first stores opening early 2015.
