Duplex Lots Available Soon, Stage 2B

Due to high demand, new fee simple duplex home lots with front-attached and rear-detached garage options will soon be available in Stage 2B. Some of these lots will be walk-outs that back onto a scenic pond. The lots are anticipated to be released in September 2012 with home construction commencing in October.
