Alldritt Land Corporation LP is pleased to announce the development of their newest community – Granville, in West Edmonton. Granville encompasses 305 acres south of the Whitemud and east of 215 Street. Construction is well underway in Stage 1 which features 156 single family lots and 50 duplex homes.

After interviewing 13 home builders interested in Granville, Alldritt Land Corporation is pleased to announce the selection of their builder group for Stage 1. Based on builder reputation, craftsmanship, customer service, mixed product types and many other factors, the following builders have been chosen:

• Pacesetter Homes

Not withstanding a much wetter than normal construction season, we are pleased to announce that Stage 1A and 1B will be complete this summer, with Stage 1C online later this fall. Showhome construction is already underway, with openings anticipated for November/December 2010. Spec home construction is anticipated to begin in August 2010, with possessions possible January/February 2011. In the meantime however, you may meet with one of our builders at their other sales centers where you can select your Granville lot with the home style of your choice, for a construction start possible in August/September 2010.
