Lewis Estates Golf Course is one of Edmonton’s finest public golf courses in Edmonton’s west end. Lewis Estates is located on the NW corner of the Anthony Henday and Whitemud freeway, with the golf course a 2 minute drive north of Granville.
Jamie Platz YMCA

It features a swimming pool, gymnasium, track and workout facility, and is located 4 minutes away, off 69 Avenue and 178 Street.
Misericordia Hospital
An acute care facility, located just off 170 Street and 87 Avenue, that has 228 beds and offers 24-hour Emergency care, general medicine and surgery.
Schools
The Sister Annata Brockman Catholic Elementary/Junior High (K-9) in the Hamptons opened for classes in the fall of 2010. The Bessie Nichols School (K-9) also located in the Hamptons opened for classes in the fall of 2012. There are a number of other future school sites in the area, including a new school coming just north of Granville. In the meantime, there are a variety of schools available just across the Anthony Henday.
