Stage 5B/5C consists of 51 single family lots, with building pockets ranging from 36-46 feet. Stage 5C is adjacent a large scenic water feature to the west and a natural tree stand to the south. Many of these amenity backing lots are walkouts. Information regarding the builder group and revised architectural controls will be released shortly.
