We are pleased to release the seven Stage 5B/5C developer hold pie lots, which are now available to the public.

If you live in Stages 1, 2, 3, 5A (Block 8), 8, 10A, 11, or 12, the colour is Heritage Blue. If you live in Stage 5A (Blocks 5, 6, and 7), Stage 5B or Stage 5C, the colour is Pewter. These two stains can only be purchased at Cloverdale Paint.

Stage 18 and 20 lots are now available. Choose from a townhome, zero lot line home, or single family home. Contact our builder group for more information.
